Udo Wiessmann started to produce electronic music as early as the late 1980s.
He founded the electronic label HANDS and also his first solo project ATRUM in 1990, before initiating WINTERKÄLTE in 1991, now legendary industrial pioneers of club music saturated with distortion and noise.
With WINTERKÄLTE, Udo Wiessmann has performed regulary on most essential industrial festivals in Europe like Maschinenfest, WGT, FORMS OF HANDS but also played many shows in Europe, North America and Asia.
His last DJ sets at Drøne, Maschinenfest, Metamorphosis, Discipline x Kerosene, HANDS Label Night Berlin, Infest or WGT Noise Floors were a kicking and adventurous dance floor experience between techno and rhythm’n’noise mashed up with industrial and assorted darkness.
